What is the pricing structure?

When you buy the iOS app in the App Store, you get both the iPhone and iPad app with one purchase. The Mac app is a separate purchase in the Mac App Store.

The app is a free download so you can try it out, but there is a 5 logbook entry limit until you unlock unlimited entries with an in-app purchase.

There are no subscriptions or fees. Buying the app is a one-time purchase for Mac, and another for iOS.

If I bought version 3, do I get version 4 for free?

Unfortunately not. We haven't charged for an upgrade on Pilot Pro since the app first launched. Everyone who purchased version 1 got versions 2 and 3 for free. We figured it was fair to charge for an upgrade this time around.

Can I have a discount?
Educational institutions automatically get a discount through the App Store. Otherwise, we're unable to discount the app except for when we run promotions. A huge amount of work went to into this, and we really value your business. Furthermore, we think our app is aggressively priced compared to the competition.
How do I get a refund?

We'd love a chance to try and help Pilot Pro work for you. Please email us if we can do something to help.

If you still want a refund, you will need to contact Apple directly since they handle all sales transactions for both the Mac and iOS app.
