Subscribe on Stripe
Purchase your subscription using Stripe with your unique link below.
Step 3
Open Pilot Pro
Inside Pilot Pro, go to:
Settings → Subscription → Sync Purchase

- Where can I subscribe?
iOS - inside Pilot Pro (in-app subscription on the iOS App Store)
Mac - inside Pilot Pro (in-app subscription on the Mac App Store)
Android - inside Pilot Pro (in-app subscription on the Google Play Store)
Windows - here on our websiteAll subscriptions are equal, so it doesn't matter which one you use. You'll unlock full access to Pilot Pro on all your devices.
- How do I sync my subscription across devices?
Make sure you sign in to Dropbox in Pilot Pro's settings. That's how we know who you are. Then, go to the Subscription page in Settings and hit Sync Purchase. We'll fetch your subscription and unlock the app for you.
- I bought a version 4 or 5 license. Do I get the subscription for free?
Unfortunately not. You will need to purchase a subscription to continue using Pilot Pro. Version 5 licensees will get a year free from the date of their purchase.
- How do I cancel or get a refund?
You can manage your subscription in the app store where you made the purchase. If you bought a license for Windows, you can manage your subscription here on our website.
- Is there a monthly subscription option?
No. All subscriptions are annual.
- I despise subscriptions. Why did you make this change?
We don't like subscriptions either. We put them off for as long as possible. But we want Pilot Pro to be around for a long time and this is the only viable way to keep the app going.
- I'm furious. I'm going to switch to another logbook.
That's not a question. ;) We understand that paying for things can be hard. If you want to stop using our app, you can export you logbook data to a CSV file. We're sorry to see you go.
