Below is a summary of how pricing works on Pilot Pro.
Pricing
Free to Try
You can download and try the app on your iOS and Mac devices for as long as you like without purchasing it. You will have a 10 logbook entry limit until you buy a license.
Not a Subscription
Pilot Pro is a one-time cost to get a license for the app. You will get updates for that major app version for the foreseeable future.
Each Platform Is Separate
Each platform requires a separate license: macOS, iOS, Android, and Windows. Once licensed for an OS, you can use it on all your devices that use that platform. For example, the iOS license gets you Pilot Pro on both your iPad and iPhone.
Free vs. Paid Upgrades
If you have version 3, getting version 4 or 5 is a paid upgrade. If you have version 4, then version 5 is a free upgrade. You may, however, still purchase a version 5 license if you have version 4 to help support Pilot Pro.
Refunds
If you want a refund, you will need to contact Apple directly since they handle all sales transactions for both the Mac and iOS app.
